Our Services

If there is concern for Autism, we can utilize a variety of tools to clarify the diagnosis. This includes a CARS (childhood autism rating scale), the DSM-V, and other tools.

Various tools are used to get a better understanding of speech, fine motor and gross motor development.

These evaluations are critical when you know your child has been struggling in school whether academically, behaviorally or both. A medical diagnosis provides necessary answers to provide accurate accommodations in school.

A letter for school delineating supports that will be beneficial in school, most often seen with an ADHD diagnosis.

When you are looking for support for your child, a diagnosis letter can provide insurance companies and school the documentation needed.

Fee Schedule:
New patient consultation: $600
Telemedicine consultations are available
Follow Up Visit: $150-$250
There will be a 50 dollar fee to schedule your appointment which will be applied to your visit fee at the time of your appointment.
We understand that life happens but please try to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so that we can offer your spot to another patient. You will be charged for the full visit if you do not cancel your appointment in advance.
